Greg Rothbardt (Founder/Owner)
Greg has spent his career working with contractors, industrial organizations, municipalities, and farmers, and understands the importance of good safety practices in the workplace. His goal is to help companies create an environment where all of their employees will arrive home to their loved ones each day – safe and healthy.
Greg has conducted hundreds of safety inspections and training sessions, and has been the acting safety manager for several local companies. He is authorized to teach the OSHA 10 hour and OSHA 30 hour courses, and is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals.
Greg is a die-hard Chicago Cubs fan, so he understands the meaning of the word “perseverance.” He enjoys biking, playing pickleball, and can often be seen listening to the Grateful Dead.

Julie Rothbardt, DBA, SPHR (Founder/Owner)
Julie is a strategic HR and business leader with experience in talent acquisition, training and development, talent management, employee and labor relations, workforce analysis, and strategic planning. She has worked in both the private and public sectors, including manufacturing, consulting, and higher education. Her philosophy of HR is simple – we should create an environment where employees feel valued, motivated, safe, engaged, and challenged to grow.
Julie earned a doctorate in Business Administration from St. Ambrose University focusing on HR strategy and Corporate Social Responsibility. She holds a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) certification, and is a member of the Society of HR Management (SHRM) and the Great River HR Association. She is currently interested in workplace culture and the opportunities to use AI in our HR practices.
Julie loves to cheer on the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Pittsburgh Steelers, so she wears a lot of black and gold.
